Super budget-friendly hotel with helpful staff and great views. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even helping us with bus tickets and arranging a taxi. The neighborhood was convenient for sightseeing and had plenty of dining options. Perfect for solo travelers and close to major attractions. Highly recommended!

Hotel was within walking distant of the Blue mosque in a quiet street. Buffet breakfast was good and the rooms clean and charming.

The hotel offered great value for money, especially considering the rate I booked at. The staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist me during my stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance.

There were some issues with the reservation process. there were some communication problems when I wanted to extend my stay, and the water stopped working at night.

Very close to some of the major sights in Istanbul. Good value for money.

The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all my requests promptly and without hesitation. The hotel's prime location in the heart of historical attractions was an absolute bonus. The room was consistently cleaned and restocked with fresh utilities, including clean towels. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the Marmara sea. The friendly atmosphere and the staff's EXCELLENT service, including valuable advice on sightseeing, made my stay even more enjoyable. The constant and reliable Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise. The helpful gentlemen assisting with luggage and showing guests to their rooms were warm and friendly. The hotel's beautiful garden added to its charm. I highly recommend this hotel for a mind-blowing experience.

the hotel was clean and comfortable with a safe and a hairdryer. I had a room with a balcony and a sea view which was lovely.

It was in a very run down area and at the bottom of 2 steep hills. Even the taxi driver had difficulty getting to it.

They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the hotel's location on a short but quite steep hill in a premium area was perfect. It provided stunning views from the rooms with a small balcony. Waking up to the beautiful view of the sea was a real treat. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the assortment of fruits. my experience at this hotel was delightful.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Rooms can be refunished

The hotel facilities where excellent, however the staff was not nice or helpful which was strange since everybody else in Istanbul where super nice.

The staff, they were not useful or helpful with anything, the wireless doesn't work in any place but the lobby and if it's not working they don't have a computer where people can check e mail and other things. Breakfast was really good, missing fresh squeezed orange juice, too much bread.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the basic amenities and the amazing sea view from the rooms with a small balcony. The location, although on a short but quite steep hill, is in a premium area, making it very convenient for exploring the surroundings. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is satisfying and adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

All in all, everything was fine and I had a good stay.
